ABOUT ATR... | ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
All ATR members adhere to the following simple yet essential criteria:

	Each firm only represents tenants and/or users of commercial space. In an industry where so many players have competing interests, it is important for commercial tenants to understand who truly represents their interests. ATR members NEVER represent traditional landlords selling, leasing or managing property. Our clients never have to worry about us representing them in one transaction and a landlord in the same or another transaction. In this way conflicts of interest are avoided, and our absolute allegiance to our clients is clear-cut throughout an assignment and beyond.
	Each firm has owners actively involved in day-to-day business of running the firm. All of the member firms are owned by producers. There is no passive ownership impacting our firms or the way they operate. We do not structure and restructure our operating model to meet arbitrary financial or reporting goals for passive shareholders. Each firm is organized in a manner to execute business in the most honest, professional and efficient manner available for the benefit of our clients.
	Each firm is directed by individuals with over ten years experience in the commercial real estate industry. It takes many years before a commercial real estate professional can appreciate the complexities and nuances of the business. We do not operate training programs for junior brokers; rather, we only hire experienced brokers who have successful track records of servicing demanding clients with professionalism and integrity. We do not believe in the "bait and switch" common amongst so many commercial real estate firms; the individuals who sell the business execute the business. As a result, every ATR representative with whom our clients meet is seasoned and knowledgeable in his or her particular area of expertise.
	Each ATR office has particular areas of expertise. Our organization is flexible enough to ensure proper personalized attention for each client and diverse enough to handle requirements that incorporate multiple locations, product types and/or industry segments. When working with clients with unique or geographically diverse space requirements, we assemble a team of experienced ATR professionals to service each account lead by a single point of contact who marshals the resources of our multi-talented team.
