Candace S. Baggett, JD, LEED® AP is President of The Calibre Group, Inc., in Houston, Texas. Candace's distinguished career combines over 20 years’ experience as an attorney and tenant representative. Her experience ranges from handling an oil industry buyout of over 200 properties to representing office tenants, including well-established and newly formed law firms. Prior to founding Calibre in 1990, Candace practiced law in Chevron’s law departments in Houston and Philadelphia, where she advised the company on corporate real estate matters, including environmentally-sensitive locations. She has been named a “Heavy Hitter” numerous times by the Houston Business Journal. Candace’s expertise in office leasing is in demand at prominent continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the State Bar of Texas and The University of Texas School of Law.

Candace is a graduate of The University of Texas School of Law in Austin and received her BBA summa cum laude from SMU in Dallas and Madrid, Spain. She is active in supporting her daughter’s college, Rice University, and her son’s varsity soccer team at Haverford College. Candace and her husband enjoy the performing and visual arts, traveling, and kayaking in Rockport, Texas.
