From its inception through 1984, Washington Realty Group developed the better part of one million square feet of commercial office space in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. Since 1985, following its liquidation of its holdings at the height of the market, Washington Realty Group has been exclusively a tenant/buyer representative and consultant, taking full advantage of its development experience of having successfully participated in all aspects of commercial real estate activities - acquisitions, pre-development, site assemblage, development, sales, financing, leasing, property management, construction, construction management and architectural/space planning.
