Since opening its doors in February of 1986, Vincent Mele & Associates has been responsible for over 150 million dollars in gross leases. The company's main objective has always been to insure a complete and satisfactory result on the behalf of the client company, the majority of which have been "Fortune 500" companies that include: Financial Institutions; the Hospitality Industry, i.e. Travel Agencies, Airline and Cruise Lines; Call Centers; Investigative Companies; and Government Sanctioned Programs.

Services provided by Vincent Mele & Associates are:

  1. Buyer representation for an office building(s);
  2. Tenant representation for new space;
  3. Tenant representation for the re-negotiations of a current lease;
  4. Rental reductions and lease terminations;
  5. Expansion for an existing space;

In addition, we provide on an outsourcing basis: space planners, interior designers, construction companies, construction managers, telecommunications experts, moving companies, and attorneys, to review new leases, new contracts, or existing ones.

Vincent Mele, founder of Vincent Mele & Associates, has been in the commercial real estate industry for 25 years. Vince currently lives in Pinecrest with his three children Carlyn, Andrin and Lia.

 

CASE HISTORY:

In February 2002, Vincent Mele & Associates assisted The Cornerstone Group in their expansion of 8,900 sq. ft. in the 2121 Ponce De Leon building. A building, which included a favorable lease rate and a parking complement substantially above building standard. This building far exceeded the company's objectives, thanks to Vincent Mele & Associates.

In 2002, The Cornerstone Group desired to expand and renew the space to its current configuration of 19,122 sq. ft. The challenge for Vincent Mele & Associates was to maintain the client's budget while accommodating the disproportionate share of parking required. The Cornerstone Group was able to meet its goals after extensive negotiations and discussions with representatives of the existing building.
