CASE
HISTORY:
In
February 2002, Vincent Mele & Associates assisted
The Cornerstone Group in their expansion of 8,900
sq. ft. in the 2121 Ponce De Leon building. A building,
which included a favorable lease rate and a parking
complement substantially above building standard.
This building far exceeded the company's objectives,
thanks to Vincent Mele & Associates.
In
2002, The Cornerstone Group desired to expand and
renew the space to its current configuration of 19,122
sq. ft. The challenge for Vincent Mele & Associates
was to maintain the client's budget while accommodating
the disproportionate share of parking required. The
Cornerstone Group was able to meet its goals after
extensive negotiations and discussions with representatives
of the existing building.
