James
E. Raisher, Founder and President of CRES is
a proactive problem solver with excellent communication

Mr.
Raisher began his career with a major realty company
after graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Real
Estate from the University of Missouri. Shortly afterwards
he established his own firm, Raisher Realty and Investments
where he acquired extensive analyzing and negotiating
skills while acquiring investment properties for
clients, as well as his own portfolio. Mr. Raisher
also provided site location, brokerage and development
services for institutional real estate users. Before
establishing CRES, Mr.
Raisher was a five-year top producer and senior partner
of a Chicago commercial real estate firm. |
