(Bucky) Brooks III, SIOR, CCIM
President
Bucky
Brooks is the founder of First Scout Realty Advisors,
Inc. (formerly First Commercial Real Estate Services,
Inc.). He began working in the local real estate
community in 1979 at the age of 16 when he began
a five-year internship at Leo Eisenberg Company.
After 10 years working in brokerage and development
at Eisenberg, Bucky joined Paragon Group in 1988
as head of its Commercial Properties Services division
in Kansas City.
Recognizing
the growing need for tenant representation in the
local market, Bucky formed First Commercial Real
Estate Services, Inc. (now First Scout) in 1991.
Bucky
has successfully assisted a multitude of corporate
and investment clients lease and purchase office,
industrial and retail properties in Kansas City and
throughout North America.
