Rich Commercial Realty Counts On Its Valued Clients:
"After completion of our 71,000 sq.ft. Trane Distribution
and Sales Office, I have to say working with
Harold Rich, from Rich Commercial Realty was a real pleasure,
and a definite departure from the norm. I was
totally satisfied that the Trane Company has secured the
best possible situation for the next ten years to serve
their customers and grow the business. Throughout
the entire project period, Harold represented our interests,
and was always readily available to address any
concerns or issues between Trane and the developers we were
working with."
- Lee Force, The Trane Company
"
Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice, PLLC, engaged the services of Rich Commercial
Realty in August of 1999 to represent the firm's interest in a possible
relocation versus expansion and extension of the firm's existing lease
in its Raleigh
office. Through Rich Commercial Realty's efforts, significant improvements
in the terms
of our original lease were achieved by the creative use of market leverage.
Subsequently, I recommended the services of Ms. Rich Goode and her Alliance
of Tenant Representative
(ATR) partners to the managing member of our Charlotte office where similar
outstanding results were obtained."
-
Donald A. Donadio, Womble Carlyle Sandridge & Rice
" McKinney + Silver Advertising initially engaged the services of Michelle
Rich Goode in 1994 to assist with a renewal of our existing lease.
Since that engagement,
Michelle has been involved with our agency through three different
ownerships, three different CEOs, two different CFOs and two additional representations
to renew our existing lease. Currently our firm is engaged in a search
for
approximately 40,000 square feet of office space. That fact should be a
testament to the
unique
quality she possesses, given the competition in the commercial real
estate industry."
