HISTORY
AND MISSION
Howard
Ecker + Company assists the business community in
tenant representation and real estate consulting.
Our ultimate
goal is to work with clients in making and implementing
real estate decisions that best meet their specific
business objectives.
Our approach revolves around the concept that every
tenant must hedge their real estate market risk, business
risk, and building risk in order to assure a real estate
solution which best meets their business needs. We
believe that this goal can be accomplished through
a clear focus on our client's future growth potential.
Our responsibility is to translate client demand into
a real estate solution that fits their needs both in
the present and in the future. We also use the latest
technology in order to reach the most cost efficient
outcome. We have a clear focus on the client's needs,
and a sound understanding of practical real estate
issues. We bring value to you by our experience, in-depth
market knowledge, trained staff and quality service.
Howard
Ecker + Company does not own, manage, or act as leasing
agents for buildings.
This eliminates any
conflicts of interest. In addition, we are a privately
held company, which means we do not have to answer
investor’s needs for quarterly earnings. Therefore,
our timing on closing a deal revolves around what is
best for our client. By providing accurate and objective
evaluations, clients are assured the most competitive
lease possible.
Remember, you are the expert in your business. We
are the experts in commercial real estate.
PROVEN APPROACH
Howard
Ecker + Company takes a unique approach to assist our
clients with
their real estate needs. After
meeting with our client to get a better understanding
of their business goals, economic situation, and real
estate needs, we provide accurate, objective evaluations.
We approach each engagement from a business perspective,
and look for real estate solutions that improve our
client’s ability to compete successfully. We
work independently from any organization that owns
or manages buildings. This allows us to consider all
appropriate locations, not just those that benefit
other parts of our business. We use long-term relationships
with landlords and building managers to ensure our
client receives the best deal. We make sure to present
all possibilities in a well organized manner and assist
in the decision making process.
This proven approach was not born over night. With
40 years of experience in our field, Howard Ecker +
Company has become a leader in the real estate industry.
We work hard to find a real estate solution that fits
