Mr. Stowell has practiced tenant representation since 1985 and is Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). In 1997, he formed CREA to better serve his clients by eliminating any potential conflicts of interest caused by property listings held by his previous firm. Mr. Stowell is an instructor of a Tenant Representation course and a speaker on the Nashville office market.
