Bradley S. Duphorne, Managing Principal of Duphorne Corporate
Realty, has been representing office tenants
for over 15 years. As a commercial real estate professional, Mr. Duphorne specializes
in representing companies
in leasing, build-to-suits, building purchases, dispositions, strategic planning
and other facility-related transactions. His combination of expertise, education
and professionalism makes him uniquely qualified to represent the best interests
of his clients.
Mr.
Duphorne began his real estate career in 1990 at
Grubb & Ellis in the Dallas Office Properties
Division. During the first of his five-year tenure
with the company he distinguished himself among his
peers by winning the Rookie of the Year Award. In
1995, Mr. Duphorne joined Swearingen Realty Group,
where he created and maintained such regional accounts
as Paine Webber and Salem Radio Network. Upon his
relocation to San Antonio in 1997 he joined Trammell
Crow Company as Director of Tenant Representation
Services-Office Properties. In 2000 he founded Texas
Commercial, which was subsequently purchased by United
Systems Integrators. After his obligatory year with
USI, he founded Duphorne
Corporate
Realty and has maintained his singular focus
of meticulously representing tenants since the company’s
inception.
Mr.
Duphorne is recognized in the real estate industry
for his overall market knowledge and thorough understanding
of his corporate clients’ needs and priorities.
His performance and achievements are directly related
to his absolute commitment to his clients.
Mr.
Duphorne is a CCIM candidate and an active member
of several organizations including: Big Brothers
and Sisters of San Antonio (big brother and board
member; Chairman-Corporate Relations Committee; “Big
Brother of the Year-2003”), San Antonio Board
of Realtors, Christ Episcopal Church of San Antonio,
and the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation.
Mr.
Duphorne earned his Bachelor of Business Administration
degree in corporate communication from the University
of Oklahoma. Brad, his wife Courtney and daughter,
Mollie reside in San Antonio.
