Candace is an expert on office leasing. Her distinguished real estate career includes 12 years practicing real estate law at a major oil company and over 15 years as a tenant representative.

Candace’s proficiency ranges from handling an oil industry buyout of over 200 properties to landlord representation, culminating in tenant advocacy on behalf of well-established and newly formed law firms.

A Houston Business Journal “Heavy Hitter,” Candace’s expertise is in demand at prominent continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the State Bar of Texas and The University of Texas School of Law.
