AKIN GUMP EXTENDS LEASE FOR 294,000 SF

Washington, DC - Boston Properties, one of the largest landlords in North America, which represented
itself, and the international law firm of Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld, represented by Eric C. Berson,
Esq. of Washington Realty Group, Inc. (WRG), concluded a headquarters lease extension through
August 31, 2020, for 294,000 square feet at 1333 New Hampshire Ave, NW, Washington, DC.

Mr. Berson is the Chairman of Washington Realty Group, Inc., and is the Chairman of the Alliance of
Tenant Representatives (ATR). WRG was established on January 13, 1977, and is the oldest and most
venerable company in Washington, DC engaging exclusively in tenant representation.
