McPherson Corporation Represents IEC in Lease Renewal

Boston, Massachusetts - Keith Coulter, Senior Vice President of McPherson Corporation/ATR Boston, represented Industrial Economics, Inc. (IEC) in the renewal of their lease at The Henderson Carriage House, 2067 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, MA. IEC signed a five-year lease for 24,626 square feet of office space.

Built in 1892 as a horse carriage manufacturing building, the property features brick and beam finishes with great natural light. The tenant was one of the original occupants of the building when it was renovated for office use in 1983. The property is located in the heart of Cambridge convenient to public transportation, retail, and restaurants of Porter Square.

IEC is an economic and environmental consulting firm. Over the past two decades, they have provided expert analysis, advice, and project management services to government agencies; private firms and organizations; and international government and non-government organizations.
