MCPHERSON CORPORATION/ATR REPRESENT EDWARDS AND KELCEY IN LEASE OF 25,630 SQUARE FEET

Boston, Massachusetts - Keith Coulter, Senior Vice President of McPherson Corporation/ATR Boston, represented Edwards and Kelcey in the lease of 25,630 square feet at 343 Congress Street, Boston, MA.

Originally used a stable, the building was built in 1888 and later used as a parking garage until 2001 when it was renovated as first class office space. The building is located in the Fort Point area of Boston which is undergoing dramatic redevelopment, including a new convention center. The property features large windows and high ceilings, and has retail space on the first floor which houses a restaurant and cafe, as well as an indoor parking garage.
