CANDACE BAGGETT TO SPEAK AT THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS SCHOOL OF LAW'S LEASING INSTITUTE

Candace S. Baggett, President and Founder of The Calibre Group, Inc., www.thecalibregroup.com, ATR's Houston member, continues to be recognized as an expert in office leasing. Candace's background as a former practicing attorney and vast experience as a tenant representative specializing in law firm representation has resulted in her being in high demand as a speaker.

Candace will be speaking at The Leasing Institute sponsored by The University of Texas School of Law, a premiere legal seminar on leasing. The Leasing Institute will be held over two days in April in both Houston and Dallas and is anticipated to be one of the most well-attended new continuing legal education seminars sponsored by the law school. Candace will share her vast knowledge of the in's and out's of subleasing--a topic of particular interest to law firms with surplus office space.
