CORPORATE REAL ESTATE ADVISORS ANNOUNCES AFFILIATION WITH NATIONAL TENANT REPRESENTATION ALLIANCE

Brentwood, TN (May 25, 2004) - Corporate Real Estate Advisors, a firm that specializes in the representation of tenants and buyers of commercial properties has been accepted as a member of The Alliance Of Tenant Representatives (“ATR”) at its’ recent meeting in Seattle, WA. . ATR’s international headquarters are located in Washington, DC.

Corporate Real Estate Advisors (“CREA”), based in Brentwood, TN, assists clients in the evaluation of their space requirements and the development of strategies for leasing or purchasing of commercial properties. The sole focus of the firm is representing tenants and buyers in commercial transaction, never landlords or owners of properties.
