Keith Coulter, Senior Vice President of McPherson Corporation/ATR Boston, represented Exa Corporation in the lease of 17,092 square feet at 3 Burlington Woods, Burlington,MA.

Built in 1984, the four-story, 147,712-square-foot office building is within walking distance of the Burlington Marriott and is convenient to Route 128 and the Route 3A interchange. The building has 24-hour manned security and designated executive parking. It is part of the Burlington Woods Complex, which features numerous cafes, a fitness center, lockers and showers.
