THE MILLER RICHMOND COMPANY REPRESENTS TENANTS AT TWO RAVINIA TOTALING 24,5000 SQUARE FEET.

Atlanta, GA (June 7, 2004) – The Miller Richmond Company is pleased to announce it has successfully negotiated three leases totaling 24,500 square feet at Two Ravinia Drive. The Miller Richmond Company clients included:

• Document Technologies, LLC, a document outsourcing company that expanded and extended its lease for 15,300 square feet;
• John P. Woods Company, a full service intermediary for property, casualty, life, accident and health reinsurance that renewed and expanded for 4,800 square feet; and
• Kirk Post, PC, a law firm specializing in litigation that renewed for 4,400 square feet.

According to David Rubenstein of The Miller Richmond Company “Each of these tenants had leases that were negotiated in much tighter markets, and these transactions represent a significant reduction overhead expense for each of them.”
