THE MILLER RICHMOND COMPANY REPRESENTS NATIONAL FLOOD SERVICES, INC. IN A 28,600 SQUARE FOOT OFFICE LEASE IN ST. PETERSBURG, FL

Atlanta, GA and St. Petersburg, FL (November 16, 2004) – The Miller Richmond Company is pleased to announce it has successfully negotiated a new office lease for National Flood Services, Inc. for 28,600 square feet at the Gilchrist Building, a two-story office building located at 801 94th Avenue North in St. Petersburg, Florida. Gilchrist is part of St. Petersburg Center, a 15-building park owned by CRT Properties, Inc.

According to David Rubenstein of The Miller Richmond Company, this lease is the second this year that the Atlanta based real estate brokerage firm has negotiated for National Flood Services, a subsidiary of Fiserv, Inc. In August of 2004, The Miller Richmond Company negotiated a 5,300 square foot office lease for this client in Deerfield Beach, FL.

Miller Richmond’s President, Bogue Miller added, “National Flood Services challenged us to find two safe, well equipped locations that would be and easily accessible to employees. We believe we have secured two ideal facilities at quite favorable lease terms.”
