LEVI SMITH REAL ESTATE NEGOTIATES NEW LEASE FOR MICHIGAN COURT OF APPEALS

SOUTHFIELD, Michigan --- Levi F. Smith Real Estate announced today that the Michigan Court of Appeals has moved to its new location at Columbia Center, 201 W. Big Beaver Suite 800, Troy, Michigan.. The new space is 20,000 sq. ft. Part of the space is reserved for a courtroom which will be finished in the future when funding is available. The move was allowed after new legislation was enacted to give the court greater flexibility in locating the Court of Appeals- District II judicial offices in a city other than Southfield.
