THE MILLER RICHMOND COMPANY NEGOTIATES 17,295 RENTABLE SQUARE FEET LEASE FOR VIGILAR, INC.

Atlanta, GA (March 20, 2006) – The Miller Richmond Company, an Atlanta-based commercial real estate brokerage firm, is pleased to announce that it has successfully negotiated a 17,295 square foot office lease on behalf of Vigilar, Inc., a leading information security consulting firm at 900 Ashwood, Atlanta, GA.

According to David Rubenstein, Principal with The Miller Richmond Company, “Vigilar had originally occupied space at 900 Ashwood as a subtenant of the CIT Group. Under this new direct lease, Vigilar will continue to house its headquarters within the building and expand its footprint to accommodate its growth needs.” Economics and the ability to expand were key to Vigilar’s decision to stay at Ashwood. Rubenstein noted that “the building owners provided Vigilar the increased square footage it needed at effective rents in line with other Class “A” office space in Central Perimeter – an Atlanta submarket that continues to offer some of the best value for the rent dollar.”

This is not the only business The Miller Richmond Company has with Vigilar. Bogue Miller of The Miller Richmond Company added that “this latest lease compliments our other activity with the firm. We have recently negotiated a lease for Vigilar in Dallas, and we are actively looking for space for them in San Francisco and Ft. Lauderdale. Vigilar CEO Raj Rajan has a tremendous track record as a serial entrepreneur, and we are pleased to be able to help facilitate the growth of his latest venture.”
