Boston, Massachusetts - Keith Coulter, Senior Vice President of McPherson Corporation/ATR Boston, represented Soliloquy Learning in the lease of 10,985 square feet at 100 Fifth Avenue, Waltham, MA. The space was chosen because of its central location, plug and play attributes which allowed occupancy on a timely basis to support their rapid growth, and overall quality of the building and park.
