Boston, Massachusetts - Keith Coulter, Senior Vice President of McPherson Corporation/ATR Boston, represented New Objective in the renewal and expansion of their lease to 12,963 square feet at 2 Constitution Way, Woburn, MA. .
2 Constitution Way is a centrally located first class office/R&D building, and part of a 200,000 square foot park. At the intersection of two major highways, Route 95 and 93, the park allows easy access to Boston and Cambridge. The immediate area has rapidly changed, with new retail, office, and hotel projects, and new commuter rail station, all of which made it attractive to the tenant to remain and expand.

New Objective produces products used in the biotech industry, including a line of PicoView products for nanospray technology.
