THE MILLER RICHMOND COMPANY NEGOTIATES 34,162 SQUARE FOOT RENEWAL FOR CDE SERVICES

Marietta, Georgia (February 28, 2003) - The Miller Richmond Company, a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm is pleased to have negotiated a 34,162 lease renewal for CDE Services at 1200 Williams Drive, Marietta, Georgia. CDE Services will continue to use this facility for corporate headquarters, light manufacturing and equipment warehousing.

According to Bogue Miller of The Miller Richmond Company, "after detailed analysis of the company's operations as well as current real estate market trends, we decided that it made more sense for CDE to stay in its current location at a reduced rental rate than incur the expense and manpower of a relocation."
