Candace Baggett and John Hanly, recognized experts in office leasing, have been asked to speak at the State Bar of Texas’ Advanced Real Estate Law Conference in San Antonio on June 29-30, 2006. Baggett and Hanly will draw upon their extensive backgrounds as tenant representatives in addressing work letters and other issues important to tenants in the construction of leasehold improvements.
