Robert “Bucky” Brooks III, SIOR, CCIM, President of First Scout Realty Advisors, Inc., Kansas City, Missouri, was named “2005 Commercial Broker of t he Year” by the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors. This is the second time Bucky has received this honor; the first being in 1999. The Award was presented by G. Reid Teaney, SIOR “2004 Commercial Broker of the Year,” who is Executive Vice President of First Scout Realty Advisors, Inc.
