CANDACE BAGGETT AND ANTHONY COLLURA TO SPEAK AT THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS SCHOOL OF LAW

Candace Baggett and Anthony Collura, recognized experts in tenant
representation and lease audits, have been asked to speak at The University
of Texas School of Law's Leasing Institute in Plano, Texas on April 20,
2007. Baggett and Collura will draw upon their diverse backgrounds in
addressing operating expense/audit issues important to tenants in
controlling their rent expenses.
