MCPHERSON CORPORATION/ATR REPRESENTS FINMAR REALTY LLC IN PURCHASE OF 118,884 SQUARE FEET FOR $6,600,000

Keith Coulter, Senior Vice President of McPherson Corporation/ATR Boston, represented FinMar Realty LLC in the purchase of 118, 884 square feet at 20 Industrial Avenue, Chelmsford, MA. The seller was the New Boston Fund operating as New Boston 20 Industrial LLC.

Built in 1983, the one story, 118,884 square foot ware house and office building on 7.35 acres is a first class facility with 25’ clear heights and 30’x50’ column spacing in the warehouse areas. The property has approximately 16,000 square feet of mezzanine office space, 2 interior and 5 exterior loading docks, 2 drive in doors, heavy power, and is fully air conditioned.

FinMar, an affiliation of Sterling Corporation and STI, will use the facility for warehouse services, records storage and moving needs.
