HOUSTON BUSINESS JOURNAL DESIGNATES CANDACE BAGGETT "HEAVY HITTER IN COMMERICAL REAL ESTATE"

Candace Baggett, president and founder of The Calibre Group, Inc., has been designated a "Heavy Hitter in Commercial Real Estate" by the Houston Business Journal (HBJ). Drawing upon her experience as a former practicing attorney, Baggett negotiated office leases for several prominent tenants. Baggett worked with Silicon Valley/San Francisco ATR member Eric Berson of Washington Realty Group in representing the Houston office of national law firm Squire, Sanders & Dempsey, L.L.P. Baggett also negotiated leases for the headquarters of international exploration and production company, TransMeridian Exploration, Inc., GATX Rail Corporation, and accounting firm, Linn Thurber LLP . In addition, Baggett, a recognized expert in office leasing, spoke with Austin ATR member John Hanly of Corporate Real Estate Solutions at the State Bar of Texas' Advanced Real Estate Law Conference.
