MCPHERSON CORPORATION/ATR REPRESENTS UFA, INC. IN THE LEASE RENEWAL AND EXPANSION OF THEIR HQ TO 10,660 SQUARE FEET AT 18 COMMERCE WAY, WOBURN, MA

Woburn, Massachusetts -

Keith Coulter, Senior Vice President of McPherson Corporation/ATR Boston, represented UFA, Inc. in the lease renewal and expansion of their space at 18 Commerce Way, Woburn, MA. The landlord, Cummings Properties, was represented in house by Marc Knittle.

UFA is a dynamic, privately held software engineering firm specializing in Air Traffic Control (ATC) simulation technologies. UFA provides simulation products to air traffic control organizations worldwide with installations in North America, Europe, New Zealand, South America, and Asia. The company is headquartered at the site, with locations in the Washington, DC area as well as Germany.

A seven story building, 18 Commerce Way was built in 1996, has 73,000 square feet and has served as home for UFA for over 10 years, when Mr. Coulter first introduced UFA to the property. The location has served the company well as they have been able to expand and contract as needed. The current lease is representative of that flexibility as UFA will expand into the full floor at the site.

McPherson Corporation/Alliance of Tenant Representatives serves corporate tenants and buyers/users of real estate exclusively, and has for over 26 years. Keith Coulter proudly serves as a member of the board of ATR.
