GREAT EXPECTATIONS
1 HUNDRED MILLION PENNIES SAVED IS 1 HUNDRED MILLION PENNIES EARNED

Denver, CO – Backing up their corporate policy, “we don’t just meet our client’s expectations – we exceed them,” CoRE Partners of Englewood, CO saved substantial money for their client, MWH Americas. At the request of MWH Americas, CoRE investigated the operating expense escalations in their Chicago office of 137,000 square feet. CoRE discovered that the gross-up provision of the lease had not been adhered to by the landlord since the inception of the lease. This discovery and subsequent discussions with the landlord resulted in an immediate $237,000 rent credit. The projected savings over the 15-year term will amount to approximately $1.34 million.
