LEVI F. SMITH TO SPEAK AT STATE BAR ANNUAL SUMMER CONFERENCE

Class of 1973 law school graduate, Levi F. Smith, Esq. will be speaking at the State Bar of Michigan Real Property Law Section’s 28th Annual Summer Conference taking place July 16 – 19 at Crystal Mountain in Thompsonville, Michigan. The topic of the speech is “The Pendulum Swings Toward Tenant – Complex Clauses in a Difficult Leasing Market”.

Levi Smith is President of Levi F. Smith Real Estate, Inc. in Southfield, Michigan and a member of Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan. He is also a member of the Section’s Committee on Commercial Real Estate Leasing and Management. Levi is the exclusive Michigan member of the Alliance of Tenant Representatives. He has published articles on law office location and lease terms in Michigan Lawyers Weekly.
