Michelle Rich represented McKinney + Silver in leasing 43,980 square feet at The Reed Building in the American Tobacco Historic District at 318 Blackwell St, Durham, NC. McKinney + Silver is expected to occupy the building in May 2004.

Harold Rich represented North Carolina Association of County Commissioners in the lease of 13,393 square feet at Wachovia Capital Center 150 Fayetteville Street Mall, Suite 8000, Raleigh, NC.

Harold Rich represented Developmental Therapy in the lease of 2,049 square feet at 3514 University Drive, Suite 8, Durham, NC.

Harold Rich represented LabCorp (Laboratory Corporation of America) in the lease of 7,983 square feet at 1401 Sunday Drive, Raleigh, NC.
