Scott McMurrian is the founder and CEO of BonnE Commercial Real Estate Services and a twenty five year real estate veteran. A native Texan, Scott graduated from the University of Texas at Tyler, finishing his senior year through the U.S. Air Force "bootstrap" program. After honorably completing his tour, Scott started out learning to appraise real estate. He started in commercial real estate with Koger Equity, Inc. where he was responsible for leases and renewals for nearly 300 tenants and a million square feet of office space. After just a few years of representing the landlords and tenants, in 2001 to avoid the regular conflict of interest he started his own company dedicated to serving only the interest of buyers and tenants. While Scott has represented many start up and local business owners in San Antonio, his clients include KIPP Charter Schools, MERCHCO, Ameriprise Financial, CH2M Hill Contractors, DeafLink, L.B. Industrial Systems, defense contractors MacAulay Brown and Muskogee Nation Business Enterprises (MNBE). Having negotiated or consulted on hundreds of commercial office, retail and warehouse leases, he has developed and implemented a proven process to exceed clients expectations.

Originally from Tyler, Texas, Scott moved his family to San Antonio in 1995. Scott has taught "How to Avoid the 7 Deadly Sins of Leasing" to Business Women's roundtable groups; taught about commercial leasing in CE courses for the local CPA chapter and is a frequent consultant with the University of Texas Small Business Development Center. His son is currently serving in the U.S. Navy and his daughter is attending college. He and his wife attend Community Bible Church (home of the only known left-handed Aggie preacher) and he serves on the Board of the San Antonio Christian Chamber of Commerce. A C-12 member, Scott is driven to provide excellence in negotiating value for his clients.
