McCalmont-Woods Real Estate LLP is an independent London based niche Tenant Representation real estate business focussed exclusively on advising corporate office occupiers. Our clients range from start-ups to leading global brands and we operate in the UK’s prime office locations; these include the City of London, West End, Canary Wharf - London Docklands and beyond. 

McCalmont-Woods is regulated by Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and subject to RICS quality assurance. RICS regulate and promote the real estate profession, maintain the highest educational and professional standards and protect clients and consumers via a strict code of ethics.

Nick P. McCalmont-Woods, BSc, MRICS founded McCalmont-Woods, in response to a perceived need for a ‘trusted advisor’ focused exclusively on providing transactional and professional services to a portfolio of blue chip corporate office occupiers located predominantly in Central London. Nick’s clients have included Cazenove & Co, DONG Energy, Hartree Partners, IBT Media, IFRS Foundation, Ipes, J.P. Morgan, Marketform, Newsquest Media Group, Prudential plc, TATA Communications, Turquoise and Trinity Mirror plc amongst many others.

 Nick joined international real estate consultants, Jones Lang Wootton, in 1984 specializing initially in Landlord & Tenant and other property related tax matters before transferring to JLW’s City Offices Agency team in 1987. He was made Associate in 1993 and Partner in 1995, remaining with the firm for 16 years. In 2001 Nick joined GVA to help grow their City office and where he also co-founded a data center advisory business. After 7 years he left to found tenant representation specialists McCalmont-Woods in 2008 and has never looked back since!
