Tripp Guin is Principal and Broker in Charge with TRIPP Commercial, LLC. Mr. Guin’s focus is on tenant representation, brokerage and Global Corporate Services. Mr. Guin has been a member of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club for eight years. Mr. Guin has been listed as one of the Charlotte market’s top Tenant Representation brokers. After joining the commercial real estate industry as a business development broker and tenant representative specialist, Mr. Guin has been consistently recognized as a top producer, winning the Silver Award from the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors for production between $2 and $10 Million in Revenues in 2005, 06, 08, 09, 10 and in 2006, 07 and 2011 he received the Gold Award for Production ($10 Million +). Also, in 2006, he was awarded the CRCBR’s Rookie of the Year for the Charlotte Metro Area. Most recently in March of 2011, Mr. Guin was recognized by the Business Journal for the prestigious Forty under 40 award recognizing those that have committed to improve our community through their business endeavors and philanthropy. Prior to founding TRIPP Commercial, Mr. Guin was the founder and CEO of three companies: Referral Resource, Sales Force Partners and Carolinas Realty
He began his real estate brokerage career with the Charlotte office of Trammell Crow Company specializing as a Tenant Representation broker representing companies locally, regionally and nationally including Commercial Lease and Purchases, Financial Analysis, Transaction Management, Acquisition and Dispositions and Strategic Planning. After TCC was acquired by CBRE in 2006, Mr. Guin continued in brokerage until starting TRIPP Commercial, LLC January 2012.
A graduate of the College of Charleston, SC, where Mr. Guin played Varsity Basketball and was a Founding Father of Sigma Phi Epsilon. He is a native of Mt. Holly, NC, serves on the Board of Cornet Global. He is also a member of Business Leaders of Charlotte, Church at Charlotte, Providence Country Club and Y Guides. He is married with three children.
